The building itself was beautiful, the space was large, and the check-in information meant that it was not at all stressful to find and get into the space when we needed to. Customer service was also very responsive.
A little noisy (not anything they can do about that), sorting trash was a little confusing, the shower was somewhat confusing to use, and the street got a little sketchy at night, but nothing crazy. Would've loved to have some way to store luggage after check-out, but obviously there isn't any kind of luggage room or a place to do so.

Tudo perfeito.
Portas de quartos e banheiros sem tranca.

Excellent location very close to metro station and for buses. Useful local shops, cafe’s and restaurants.
The apartment is scruffy and nowhere near as nice as the pictures suggest. Beds were not very comfortable.
