Disgusting apartment, which lied about half the things it should have provided.

I did not like anything about the apartment.

The stay was an absolute disaster. From the moment we arrived, there was an awful smell in the apartment. We didn’t receive the Wi-Fi password until four days into our stay because the owner was impossible to contact. The fridge wasn’t working, there was a leak in the bathroom, and no toilet paper was provided. We only received a wardrobe on our last day. Although the check-in rules state it’s from 3:00 PM to midnight, at 1:00 AM, 11 other people entered the apartment (they had rented the other rooms) and made unbearable noise until 2:00 AM. The apartment was filthy: there were insects on the floor, and the floor itself was sticky, as if someone had spilled a sugary drink before we arrived. To make things worse, we were told we could only set the heating to level 3 because turning it higher would supposedly break it – which meant it was freezing cold at night. Getting a refund is impossible since, when the owner ignores customer service inquiries, they are unable to take any action. It’s clearly a loophole this scammer is exploiting to avoid accountability.
