The hotel looks very modern. The location is great because it’s a close drive to downtown Holland and Saugatuck. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable and clean. The king room had a very clean kitchenette stocked with supplies if you wanted to cook in the room.
Upon entering the room, we noticed hairs were left on the shower and toilet from the previous guests. The bathroom floor and the bedroom carpet floor were a little grubby. You can tell that these areas don’t get fully cleaned between guests.

It was ok; newer location but the room carpet made our white socks very dirty
Strong smell of carpet deodorizer ; hard to find parking

We were pleasantly surprised to find these suites with a small kitchenette and full-sized fridge, dishwasher and kitchen supplies for a reasonable price. A decent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, and nice clean rooms. We booked another room in another city the next night. Thank you Marriott TownPlace Suites!
Only discomfort was the toilet seat was smaller than the toilet base and was broken on one side so sitting on it was tricky.

Clean enough
There was only one already half way through used toilet roll for three guests fir two nights... We asked them to give us a new roll at the front desk.
We stayed there for two nights but there was no cleaning seemed to be available.
