One huge nightmare.

There was nothing to like about the property. See below.

There were significant Health and Safety as well as Hygiene matters at the property. I will be reporting it to the local Ordnungsamt and Gesundheitsamt for the concerns I had: loose toilet seat, damaged shower hose, kitchen cupboard doors that would not open or close, a broken sofa arm, damaged bathroom furniture, shutters that could neither be opened nor closed but were stuck midway. A window that nearly fell on top of me when trying to open it. Torn bed sheets, dubious towels, minimalist crockery (1 cup only). Loose sockets. And then the dirt! Grimy, dirty work tops, coffee table and desk. The same for the bathroom - but no cleaning materials at all in the flat, so went off to buy some and clean the place myself (no other option to do so as I was dependent on being in the area and could find nothing else at short notice). The floors too were dirty but I decided that it was not my job to purchase a brush and mop, so made sure that the entire time my feet made no contact with the floor. The access stairs didn't seem to have been cleaned in years. I see that I am not the first to comment in this way and so I will also be reporting this flat to Booking.com. Not least because the landlord a) took a lot of chasing down to get the access code for the place and b) he then accused me of being responsible for breaking some furniture and wanted to charge me for this. Stay away from this place! I travel extensively and tend to be quite happy with simple arrangements. But this was in a league of its own. Just absolutely terrible

Stark beschädigt, extrem unhygienisch und wegen Blut- und Schmutzflecken, Rauchgeruch sowie Mäusekot für uns absolut unz

Positiv war lediglich, dass der Vermieter im Vorfeld freundlich und schnell kommuniziert hat. An der Unterkunft selbst hat uns leider nichts gefallen.

Die Unterkunft war für uns in einem völlig unzumutbaren Zustand. Die Einrichtung ist stark abgenutzt und teilweise beschädigt: Nachttische fehlen beziehungsweise wurden offenbar aus der Wand gerissen, Steckdosen sind defekt, Möbel aufgequollen und Fliesen locker. Noch gravierender war die mangelnde Hygiene. Auf dem dünnen, löchrigen Bettlaken befanden sich Blut- und Schmutzflecken, die Kopfkissen rochen stark nach Rauch und Schweiß und die Dusche war so verschmutzt, dass sich der Dreck der vorherigen Gäste von den Fliesen abkratzen ließ. Der Glastisch war nahezu blickdicht vor Schmutz. Im Badezimmerfenster lagen Zigarettenstummel, obwohl die Unterkunft als Nichtraucherunterkunft angeboten wird. Besonders erschreckend: In den Küchenschubladen fanden wir Mäusekot. Auch das Gebäude selbst ist völlig heruntergekommen. Die Haustür beziehungsweise das Schloss lässt sich nur äußerst schwer bedienen, und der Hausflur wirkt nicht wie eine vorübergehende Baustelle, sondern wie seit Jahrzehnten weder renoviert noch gründlich gereinigt. Wir haben die Unterkunft deshalb verlassen und kurzfristig ein Ersatzhotel gebucht. Trotz der dokumentierten erheblichen Mängel verweigert der Vermieter bislang eine Erstattung. Wir können diese Unterkunft keinesfalls empfehlen.

Geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet.

Badezimmer: Wasser in der Dusche fließt schlecht ab, teils kein warmes Wasser. Küche: Keine Töpfe/Pfannen, stumpfe Messer, kaputte Schere.

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Das Bett ist schön groß und bequem. Die Wohnung war sauber und warm. Außerdem hat mir die große Küche,mit allem nötigen was man braucht, gefallen. Großes Lob an den Gastgeber. Total höflich und einfaches einchecken per Schlüsselbox. Ich habe alle Informationen sofort per Email geschickt bekommen. Kann ich nur empfehlen!
