Horrific

I strongly advise avoiding this property and company. From the moment we arrived, it was a disaster. The bathroom window wouldn’t shut at all, making us feel unsafe. When we raised this, the response we got was dismissive, telling us not to worry because we were on the 4th floor. Completely unprofessional. It got worse: the toilet was broken, the apartment reeked of horrid drains, and there was constant barking from nearby animals. When we complained, we were told that none of these issues were their responsibility and essentially told we could just leave if we weren’t happy. No attempt at providing solutions or alternative accommodation. Then, the final straw – the shower caused a massive flood throughout the apartment, ruining personal belongings (including an expensive Dyson hair tool). When we reported this, instead of any urgency or apology, we were met with condescending responses questioning how we didn’t notice the flood sooner! This company’s responses were unprofessional, dismissive, and lacking any accountability. They advertise with slogans like “You’re in safe hands with AWC” – but in reality, you are not. We left feeling completely let down and out of pocket. Do not book this place or through this company.

Die Unterkunft bietet viel Platz und ist sehr modern. Der Pool war sauber und die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen.

Aus dem Abfluss roch es stark nach Abwasser.

New, clean, good location.

You can hear neighbours very well. There is construction nearby which also keeps you entertained. Lastly, there is an animal rescue centre nearby which I absolutely have nothing against (in fact we donated money to them) but you can hear donkeys and dogs barking on sunrise and given bad quality of the construction you will hear it.
