Overall a great experience . Would highly recommend to anyone looking for the ideal spot to stay

The AC was an absolute life saver , the property is in a great location with most attractions within 10 minutes walking distance.

The only issue is that the water coming from the kitchen sink was a murky colour and gave off an unpleasant smell.

Very bad experience and unprofesional staff

Locality

The Wi-Fi barely worked, the sound insulation was terrible, and loud noise from the bar downstairs continued until early morning. The mattresses did not fit the beds correctly and kept sliding off during the night. The bathroom urgently needs renovation, especially the shower, which had extremely weak water pressure. Even the balcony felt unsafe and unstable with holes on the floor. COMMUNICATION with the host was also very UNPROFESSIONAL. Instead of communicating properly through Booking.com, we were contacted through WhatsApp and other unreliable platforms. Important check-in information was sent only about two hours before arrival(not via booking), which caused unnecessary stress. We were also asked to pay an additional city tax at a different address before receiving access to the accommodation, despite the reservation suggesting it was already included in the total price. What kind of shady practices are these?! The worst part of the experience was the receptionist’s behavior. She was rude, arrogant, aggressive, and made us feel very uncomfortable from the very beginning. She threw piles of small coins onto the desk for us to count ourselves, refused to communicate politely, and behaved in a completely unprofessional manner during the entire interaction. After forgetting to return one of our passports, she even threw it toward one of my travel companions!!! I have honestly never experienced such disrespectful customer service before. We received almost no useful information about the stay, Wi-Fi, or other and the overall atmosphere felt neither welcoming nor safe. Thankfully, we stayed only one night. Due to the TERRIBLE customer service, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Nice, good location, compliant hosts.

Good apartment, good location, good price, good hosts.

9 / 10

Struttura pulita in centro città vicino a bar e ristoranti Al primo piano senza ascensore Personale gentile

Non ha parcheggio e in estate risulta difficile trovarne uno

A única vantagem é a localização.
