It was good okay.

The location: 100 meter to the beach, restaurants nearby, bus stop across the street and the train stop also nearby. The hosts are friendly and respond to any requests right away.

A bit noisy due to it being on the Main Street and doors and windows offer poor insulation.

Furto e Delusione

La vicinanza alla spiaggia e ai servizi (supermarket, negozi, ristoranti, mezzi, pubblici)

L'ascensore c'è ma bisogna fare 9 scalini per accedervi e poi altri 9 per arrivare alla porta di ingresso. La porta di ingresso non è blindata. Le serrature sono semplici e a noi è stata data la chiave che apriva solo una serratura. L'appartamento quindi era privo di sicurezza, tant'è che la mattina del secondo giorno, tornando dal mare (dopo solo 2 ore e mezzo di assenza), abbiamo trovato la porta manomessa. È dovuto intervenire un fabbro per farci entrare nell'appartamento che era stato svaligiato e messo a soqquadro. Ci sono stati sottratti vari oggetti di valore. La polizia è intervenuta prontamente per raccogliere la nostra testimonianza e osservare l'accaduto. Siamo anche andati in commissariato per registrare la nostra denuncia. Probabilmente se avessimo avuto almeno una seconda chiave di ingresso tutto ciò non sarebbe accaduto. La seconda chiave ci è stata consegnata dall'host la sera stessa, a furto già avvenuto (cosa ormai inutile!). Interpellando il proprietario, inizialmente disponibile e collaborativo, non abbiamo ricevuto né un risarcimento da parte della sua assicurazione, né un sostegno. Da parte di Booking, che abbiamo tempestivamente messo al corrente, abbiamo ricevuto il 10% di risarcimento "morale". Inoltre l'appartamento era privo di confort basilari: mancavano un catino per i panni, qualche molletta per stendere la biancheria, le presine per prendere le pentole, le tazzine da caffè. Anche gli altri accessori della cucina erano ridotti al minimo o del tutto mancanti. Il frigorifero era molto piccolo e insufficiente per 4 persone. Il bagno cieco, che era separato in due ambienti (di cui quello con wc simile ad un loculo) mancava totalmente della ventola meccanica per l' aerazione forzata (come previsto dalla legge). Mancavano prese elettriche in bagno, per utilizzare un normale rasoio elettrico. Il laminato in parquet era sollevato da terra in vari punti.
