Spacious, comfortable, easily liveable, nice balcony, central, short-walk distance from restaurants, cafes and tourist attractions. Supermarket at walking distance (~10-20min walk).
Basic maintenance should be considered.
Most apartments in the old town don't have a lift and the stairs can be narrow. The bins you'll have to move it yourself down the street and outside the old town. 20min uphill walk from the city train station. If you have very light sleep or sensitive hearing, the bell from the church may annoy you.

Everything- especially the location, right in the centre beautiful Old Town. Also the terrace and its views of the cathedral. Gorgeous and everything nice and clean too!
They also sorted me out with an extremely last minute booking as I walked out of the hotel (pigal- avoid) I was originally supposed to stay in. What a difference and nothing felt rushed.
