Not recommend it at all

I genuinely wish I had something positive to say. The apartment has potential, but it needs significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and overall care. I hope the host takes guest feedback seriously and makes the necessary changes so future guests can have a much better experience.

This was one of the most disappointing stays we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, it was obvious that the apartment had not been properly maintained or inspected. There was a constant, disturbing noise inside the apartment as soon as we entered. The couch was ripped and filthy, several lights were not working, and the bed sheets were dirty and had an unpleasant smell. To make matters even worse, we found ants throughout the apartment and even saw cockroaches during our stay. This was especially concerning as we were traveling with three children. What makes this even more unacceptable is that these same issues had already been reported by previous guests. The host publicly replied that everything had been fixed, but that was simply not true. We experienced the very same problems, making it clear that little or nothing had actually been done. On top of that, the Wi-Fi did not work at all. I contacted the host through the app as soon as we arrived to report these issues and ask for assistance, but I never received a response. Although we were only staying for one night, the condition of the apartment made our stay extremely stressful and uncomfortable. Cleanliness, working amenities, and responsive communication are the absolute minimum guests should expect. Instead, we were left in a poorly maintained apartment that appeared to have been neglected for quite some time. I cannot recommend this property. Unless the host genuinely addresses these recurring problems instead of simply claiming they have been resolved, future guests are likely to have the same disappointing experience we did.

Ok but definitely not worth for money

Don’t even have the salt and pepper in the kitchen. Very few kitchen items. Had a kitchen knife which isn’t sharp and hardly cut anything

Comfortable for long stay.

Close to amenities like shops, markets and restaurants. Even a cinema. Easy to get a bus to Seville city centre. Bed and bedsheets very cozy.

I only missed a oven and a drying hack. And they provided me with the drying hack what helped a lot.

Good for the price. Old building. Nice apartment.

Super clean, very confortable.

There is only one elevator to the 4th floor, and it was out of service 5 of the 7 days of our stay.

La ubicación y acceso a A-49 y S-30. Supermercado, restaurantes, aparcamiento y el acceso digital que es muy intuitivo y cómodo. El tamaño es adecuado para 4 personas, para una visita a Sevilla y alrededores es ideal, facilitaron todo lo que se necesita saber y recomendaciones, no perderse el desayuno en bar la esquina.

Aún está el edificio en reparaciones y mejoras( no molestan), el ascensor es mejorable y hay algunas posibilidades de mejorar el baño
