Great location.5 minutes from local shops.20 minutes from Centro Historico & 30 minutes wak from the main train station.Local shops are 5 minutes away.Local bus stops are a few minutes walk away.
It was really nice to find packets of croissants/melba toasts & jam as a welcome gift(along with orange juice and water in the fridge).The bathroom was also well stocked with toiletries.
A really huge & very comfortable bed,& a great bathroom shower too(in the huge bathroom)!..Everything for a really comfortable stay at the apartment.
Antonio was a lovely host.Super helpful, & even walked me to the nearby local supermarkets when I arrived (as I said that I wanted to get some shopping).
Nothing that I didn't like.
A couple of(minor things) that would be good..Bedside lights (as opposed to just a main light),& additional cutlery (bread knife & more cooking utensils).
It'd be great if the check-in process was better.I didn't receive notification(on booking.com)prior to my arrival, as to how I could get into the apartment.I made my way to the apartment & a neighbour let me into the building but I didn't have a way to get into the apartment.I didn't have access to phone messages(as my UK SIM was no longer active);when I finally got Internet access,I saw a text from Antonio asking me to contact him 10 minutes before I arrived at the apartment.This meant that I was standing around & waited outside the apartment for half an hour until he arrived!..Unfortunately Antonio doesn't use WhatsApp!It would've made things a lot easier,as I would've been able to pick up his text(not WhatsApp) message, while I was still at the airport (with Internet access on my UK SIM)!

Quite and central. There are plenty of late-night shops and pizzerias in the area. I recommend visiting the nearby catacombs. The Toledo apartment has a small balcony, as well as air conditioning, a comfortable bed, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment is located in a hilly part of the old town. So be prepared for steep inclines and stairs. Here’s a tip: if you’re taking the subway, it’s best to get off at the Museo station; if you’re walking to the apartment, it’s better to get off at the Materdei station. Then you'll always be going downhill.

The space is lovely, quiet, clean and very welcoming. The AC worked really well and kept the place nice and cool in the very warm weather.
Our host Antonio was amazing and all the neighbours really welcoming and helpful.
It wasn’t a problem for us, but there is no elevator on the building so accessibility might be a concern for people with mobility issues.
