Cute place, very comfortable, great location. Would definitely stay here again. Hardest part was figuring out where to temporarily park to unload. It's behind the building and once you figure it out, it really wasn't that hard. The parking garage is a short walk. Once we parked, we didn't need the car again. Just walked or used the looper. We were in town for the Tampa Bay Rays playoffs. We took the bus to the stadium but walked back. It was easy.

Everything about our casita stay was perfect, but I also had to bring one of my children, which I had not planned for, and the care and service provided for my child was exceptional. They were also constantly responsive.

I loved that set up in the room. They had a make up mirror/small bed light and C-charger for phone. The room was squeaky clean/updated and the FREE PARKING was a huge bonus! The room had kitchen with large fridge/utensils/dishes if you like to cook in the room. Loved the code technology to get into the room. Price of room was affordable.
I called to see if we could check in a little early since we had plans for the day. "It was be an extra $150" to check in at 1:00pm. Really??? We paid a bit more than that per night. Then I misplaced the parking card and was very upset about it and rather than say "It's ok, just keep looking and we will replace it for now". Instead, I got "It will be $75 fee to replaced it and not sure when we could get it. We did get another card and found the original so no $75 fee. The staff knocked on the door EXACTLY at 11:00 and my husband said "We are almost ready to leave". Right after that I got a text that said, "Thanks for your stay, just a friendly reminder that check-out is at 11:00a.m.. A $100 late check out fee applies for departure after this time. We hope you had a wonderful visit. There are too many outrageous fees and it seems that is the focus when you ask for anything extra. I would definitely recommend the hotel/the location was walkable for those who exercise but a bit far for those who do not. Also, be aware, THERE IS NO ELEVATOR! My husband and I are not in great health so it was exhausting to hoof the luggage up all those steps. It could have been on the website but I did not see it. Very nice/clean place to stay however was put off by the high "fees" for everything.
