Very nice hotel with an incredible view from the balcony. Excellent buffet breakfast. Comfy bed. And the two guys working the counter when we checked in were super welcoming and helpful.

Friendly staff, the place is serene given the private beach for hotel members.
The beach bar was a nice place to chill and relax throughout our stay, and kick start most of our days.

The room itself was comfortable. The location and the pool were good. Staff near the pool were amazing but rest of the hotel staff and customer service could be improved. I checked out a day early as I didn’t think it’s a 4*. Breakfast was average.
Too many restrictions on guests. Need to wear a wristband made of fabric at all times. No room service or mini bar inside the room. If you order takeaway at late night you would have to eat it outside or in your car.
