Great Location, six minutes walk from train to reception.
Tram station a couple of minutes from hotel is great for exploring the town.
Very friendly and efficient reception staff.
Room was clean; furnished with comfortable bed, lighting in room was good.
Nothing!

Śniadanie typowe, bez fajerwerków. Jakość produktów poprawna.
Brak jajecznicy.

Good location near the main railway station.
Spacious room with a desk and everything needed for a short stay.
Breakfast with a wide selection and plenty of seating.

Great location, just a few minutes from the train station. To the Grazer old town you need 15 minutes by foot or just a few minutes by tram.
The Check-in took forever. We did not have to queue at all but the staff seemed not to know what they are doing. The whole check-in process took us 20 minutes! And we both ended up with a Radisson membership even though we did not want that. Very disappointed in the service.
Furthermore, the cleaning of the room was not to our satisfaction.
