Bad experience

We booked this apartment for 4 guests, as clearly stated in the listing, which mentioned one bed and a sofa bed. Before arriving, we explicitly wrote to the hosts asking them to make sure everything would be prepared for four people, and we were told yes. Upon arrival, however, we found only the main bed made. The sofa was in its normal position and not prepared at all. When we tried to open it ourselves, we discovered that it was not a sofa bed at all. In an attempt to create a place to sleep, we pushed the two parts of the sofa together, and while doing so we found disgusting dirt and filth underneath. The bedding provided was completely inadequate, and one pillowcase was missing. As if this wasn’t bad enough, the apartment was clearly not properly cleaned: we found the TV turned on, a used tissue on the floor, and a used glass containing an unknown liquid left on a shelf. The bathroom also had issues: the sink stopper was defective, so once closed it could not be reopened properly, causing water to accumulate and making the sink unusable. We immediately contacted the owners, explained everything in detail, and asked for assistance. Instead of helping us or solving any of the problems, they only kept asking questions and requesting photos and videos, without providing any actual support. We left the apartment with none of the issues resolved. In conclusion, despite the good location, I strongly do not recommend this apartment, especially for four people. It is absolutely not suitable for four guests, and for us this felt like a scam. The complete lack of assistance made the experience even worse. Absolutely not a place to stay.

Not a pleasant stay.

The location was great.

It was said that there was a cleaning staff but the cleanliness was not very visible. Also we were given a code for the key box but there was no key in there therefore we had to stay a long time in the cold just so we can get a key after the said check-in time.

Great value apartment in the heart of the city

Great location, really central with easy transport links - near airport bus and metro. Flat was great, comfy bed/sofa. Fully equipped.

As it was central and on a main road it wasn’t a quiet location and the bedroom was a little noisier than the living room, but it was worth it for the location and it didn’t stop us sleeping well. Providing a couple of pods for the Nespresso machine would’ve been a bonus for our first morning waking up there, or I would’ve bought a couple with me from home. Slight mix up with getting in the building but quickly resolved and staff were helpful/responded quickly.

Ma comunque do il massimo all'appartamento

Posizione ottima .
