A deeply disappointing experience due to poor cleanliness, broken amenities, and unresponsive hosts.

The location of the apartment is convenient, and the balcony offers a pleasant outdoor space. The sauna and parking facilities appear to be as advertised, though we were unfortunately unable to make full use of them given the circumstances.

The level of cleanliness fell well below an acceptable standard; the apartment was covered in dust, forcing us to ventilate the space for two hours before we could settle in, and the bathroom curtain was in a visibly soiled condition. The Wi-Fi, which was listed as an available amenity, was entirely non-functional and stayed that way throughout our stay, even after we notified the owners straight away. On top of this, when we reached out to request an early departure due to an urgent personal matter, the owners failed to respond at all, offering no assistance or even basic acknowledgement.

Sehr schmutzig!
