Great location, walking distance to our event. Lovely staff, very helpful with parking, offering to sort out a taxi and gave us directions to the venue we wanted.
Lighting within the room, I struggled with applying my makeup. There needed to be a lamp on the desk. This is a personal preference. Lack of parking but that’s not the fault of the hotel, there’s a 2 minute car park where the hotel offers a discount so that works.

The location is great in the centre of Derby and we managed to get one of the free parking spaces at the hotel. The staff are lovely and very helpful and friendly ten out of ten for them. We had breakfast which was plentiful and tasty and drinks in the bar again can’t fault. The only thing we could have issue with was the room decor is dated and shabby the blind didn’t work and the furniture does need updating however the bed was extremely comfy so overall a good stay
The room we had definitely needs updating the blind was broken curtains shabby and falling down old broken wardobe and fridge

The inside is beautiful and the room I stayed in felt very homely. Was a lovely experience and breakfast was lovely.

Lovely building. Lovely size room.
Location was brilliant
We had a room with a bath but the taps didnt work. The water from the shower trickled and temperature was hot and cold. Never consistent. WiFi didnt work.
