About this apartment rental
At our Moni apartment, you’ll spend your vacation in a modern, 67-square-meter apartment on a quiet south-facing slope. The apartment is located on the garden level of a semi-detached house and was completely renovated in 2015. It features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (each with a shower and toilet), an open-concept kitchen/dining and living area, a south-facing terrace with a magnificent view of the Goldeck and the lake, and a garden facing south and west.
One of the two bedrooms is furnished with a double bed; the other bedroom has a loft bed and, if needed, one or two additional single beds. The two single beds can be arranged individually, and the step-up is very low (total height including mattress approx. 30 cm).
We can accommodate up to 5 people.
Please note that a flat-rate gratuities (electricity, etc.) of 6.00/day in the summer and 9.00/day during the winter months will be added to the total price.
Our vacation apartments are located on an absolutely quiet south-facing slope, near the forest and directly above Lake Millstatt. Enjoy the magnificent view across the village to the lake and the Goldeck mountain across the way. There are two vacation apartments in the house: the Gusti apartment, which has two balconies, and the Moni apartment, which has a terrace and direct access to the garden. Both were newly renovated in 2015/16 and furnished in a modern style. We offer our guests the Millstättersee Inclusive Card, which gives you free admission to all beach resorts, the Drautalperle indoor pool in Spittal, as well as free passage on the mountain roads of the Tschiernock, and much more. On-site costs: Prices include the Millstätter See Inclusive Card, which entitles you to free admission to the beach areas around the lake, the indoor pool in Spittal, and use of roads at the Millstätter Alm that would otherwise require a toll. Electricity and water costs are not included in the price and will be billed separately. Winter: €9 per day; Rest of the year: €6 per day. Additionally, the apartment is considered reserved only after receipt of a 20% deposit.
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
