About this house rental
Semi-detached house on one side in a quiet housing development. 10 minutes walk from the city center, 5 minutes by car and 15 minutes by bike from the sea by bike path under the pines.
Kitchen open to living room opening onto a raised garden.
Upstairs a bedroom with 160 bed, air conditioning, wardrobe and linen room overlooking a pretty square. Possibility to put a baby cot.
2nd bedroom with fan, smaller with BZ in 140 and dresser also overlooking the square.
Modern bathroom with walk-in shower.
Outside: small garden with artificial lawn, safety railing. Access by a small staircase.
Not overlooked. Barbecue, table and chairs. 2 sun loungers and parasols.
In the kitchen area large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, large oven. High chair for children.
Small appliances: filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave
In the lounge area: 3-seater bench, television, table for meals.
NO CLEANING COSTS BUT WE ASK YOU TO LEAVE THE HOUSE IN THE CONDITION IN WHICH YOU FOUND IT (garbage cans, shower room, toilet, kitchen emptied, cleaned and thrown in the city's garbage cans) toilets cleaned. Microwave oven, oven, washing machine, dishwasher without rubbish.
ACTIVITIES:
Neighborhood close to the city center to enjoy the Provencal market, secure park 3 minutes away to let the children play.
Little train to discover the surroundings and go to the port and the beach.
Access to the beaches by car, by bike provided with deposit (2 non-electric adult bikes)
Many towns to discover in the area: Bormes les mimosas, le lavandou, Cavalaire.
Possibility to take the boat to go to the islands of Porquerolles, Port Cros, du Levant
TOURIST TAX to be added on arrival. It varies according to the number of people and overnight stays. Children do not pay.
