🏠Le Balcon de Bramont is a spacious, tastefully decorated, fully renovated house in the heart of the Vosges Mountains.
🧑🧑🧒🧒It is designed to accommodate 2 to 8 people maximum.
🎯Ideally located, just 5 minutes from the ski slopes of La Bresse and 10 minutes from downtown, with free shuttle access a 5-minute walk away.
🚵Its location allows you to fully enjoy all outdoor activities (summer and winter), such as hiking, skiing, or biking.

Le Balcon de Bramont has two floors.
On the first floor, right at the entrance, a spacious veranda offers a pleasant place to relax. Part of the veranda has been specially designed to store your skis and ski boots after a long day on the slopes!
On the same floor, you’ll also find a restroom with a sink, a fully equipped kitchen, a bar with high chairs, and a living/dining room that can easily seat 8 people for dinner.
The living room is furnished with a sofa bed that converts into a full double bed and all the bedding you need for your comfort.
The bedrooms, the bathroom (one in the house), the laundry room, and the second half-bath are located on the lower level of the house and are accessible via a spiral staircase that is child-safe.
The bathroom features a bathtub, a shower stall, and a double sink. The two bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, and the third bedroom has two single beds.
The bedding is high-quality and locally sourced.
The 18-are lot surrounding the house provides plenty of space for you to enjoy yourselves freely.
A 5-minute walk away is the parking lot for the free shuttle buses to the La Bresse Hohneck resort, where you can also purchase your ski passes to avoid the lines at the base of the slopes.
