The apartment is located on the outskirts of Leipzig in the Mölkau neighborhood, toward Holzhausen.
The apartment is on the first floor of the townhouse and spans two floors.
The lower level features a kitchen-dining area with a seating area, a bathroom, a toilet, and one bedroom.
A sturdy spiral staircase connects the kitchen-dining area to the upper level, where the TV and couch are located. There is also a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire space, and a fully operational coffee machine is ready to make your arrival more enjoyable.
Access to the apartment upon your first arrival is secured via a code. This code will be sent to you in advance via email. After that, you can use keys for the doors as well as the remote control for the locked parking space.
The apartment is located in a quiet area in the green belt of Leipzig, yet it’s only a few minutes by bus or train to the city center. The view from the apartment offers a glimpse of the city’s “green lung.” The view stretches across fields to the Battle of the Nations Monument or the city center.
The “Neu Seenland” is located in the immediate vicinity, and a trip there is always worthwhile.
Numerous hiking and biking trails in and around the city of Leipzig are popular.
The small estate park at Gut Mölkau is also very popular, especially among dog owners.
The residence is easily accessible via the A14 highway (Leipzig Engelsdorf exit) or the A38 highway (Leipzig Süd exit).
It’s also accessible by public transportation—bus and train (a 5-minute walk from the accommodation)—with a travel time of 15 minutes to downtown Leipzig without having to transfer.

The name “Apartment zur Honigbar” has a deeper meaning. We’ve been running a hobby beekeeping operation for more than 40 years.
We sell the honey we produce, as well as beeswax candles, in a honey vending machine in front of the house.
