About this house rental
A spacious vacation home with 2 terraces and 2 hectares of land in a rural setting (1.5 km to the nearest village, a 20-minute drive to the nearest supermarket) and a stream running through the property in the heart of a scenic conservation area offers the perfect setting for “digital detoxing” and experiencing nature. For these reasons, there is NO TV and NO Wi-Fi.
The two-story house features a bedroom on the first floor with access to the terrace and a private bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms are located on the upper floor and share a bathroom.
Ideal for families and those who enjoy excursions and bike tours in the Odenwald. In the summer, a swimming lake offers a welcome change of pace.
The Limes Hiking Trail, the Nibelungensteig, stalactite caves, as well as picturesque castles and medieval half-timbered villages invite you to take day trips in the surrounding area. Heidelberg is also just a 1-hour drive away and offers cultural variety.
Travel by train is possible but requires a willingness to walk. Therefore, we recommend traveling by car.
For on-site barbecuing, weather permitting, we do not provide fuel; that is, you must bring your own firewood and charcoal.
