About this apartment rental
Our newly renovated Philip vacation rental, with 75 square meters of living space on the first floor, accommodates 1–4 people. Air conditioning is available for hot summer days. The cozy living room, featuring a corner couch and a Smart TV with a soundbar, invites you to relax. From the living room, you can step out onto the balcony, which features lounge chairs, a table, and a patio umbrella. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring an oven, microwave, ceramic cooktop (induction), fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker (WMF fully automatic coffee machine), toaster, and electric kettle, along with a large, cozy dining area, leaves nothing to be desired. Bedroom 1 features a large double bed, a spacious closet with a full-length mirror, and a vanity. Bedroom 2 features a large closet and a bunk bed (90 x 200 cm), ideal for two children. The bright, natural-light-filled bathroom—complete with a toilet, spa shower, vanity built into the bathroom cabinet, and a towel warmer—invites you to relax. Of course, a modern washer-dryer is at your disposal. Outside, there is a barbecue area with patio furniture and a cantilever umbrella, as well as a gazebo with a table and benches where you can enjoy leisurely moments. You can, of course, use the Wi-Fi and the parking lot right next to the house free of charge. A 50% prepayment may be charged after booking. Payment is due on-site in cash or by debit/credit card. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are allowed for a fee of 10.00 EUR per pet per night. A crib and bedding can be provided for a fee.
