Provençal stone farmhouse of 220 m² very old living space on a private estate of 16 hectares. Private swimming pool of 11mx4m heated in case of Mistral, 6 sunbeds + summer lounge 6 people shaded all on 100m² of terrace around the pool with a plunging view of the valley. Petanque court, 2 shaded terraces on 300m², with their tables and chairs, BBQ available. Parking for vehicles. Private fields for walks and ball game. Cathedral living room 8m high and 60 m² to live in, dining room 30 m² and independent kitchen 12 m² equipped Fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, microwave, etc.... Two independent staircases allow access to the 4 bedrooms on the upper floors; the 4 bedrooms are accompanied by their 4 independent bathrooms with walk-in shower and toilet.
The Mas is on the edge of the Forest and private fields, and offers an impressive view of the Provençal massifs. In the immediate vicinity of the Village of Ampus, the shops provide services Bakeries, Grocery stores and restaurants; the village of Tourtour, 10 minutes away, offers a life of terraces and starred restaurants (La Bastide, Les Chênes Verts).
Ideal for nature lovers in search of space, sunset and observation of the large animals of the forest The place remains between the sea and the mountains, either between the beaches of Saint Tropez or Sainte Maxime and the Lake of Sainte Croix or the Gorges du Verdon.
