A stunning home, completely renovated in July 2023, is located in the heart of the Costa Brava. It is a quiet and spacious place that offers breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and nature. The house is perfect for a fun and relaxing vacation with your loved ones. It faces southeast, offering picturesque sunrises and plenty of sunshine throughout the day. The house is equipped with all the essential amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The space
This is a 2,585-square-foot home that includes a 376-square-foot terrace and a pool. It has been recently renovated and is situated on a 6,460-square-foot lot with a fenced-in yard, making it a safe place for young children to run and play freely. The garden also features a petanque court with balls and an Argentine-style barbecue for enjoying sunny days. There’s always a pleasant breeze on the terrace where you can enjoy al fresco dinners with your loved ones.
The garden area features a fenced-in pool to ensure children’s safety, several lounge chairs, and a room with a ping-pong table facing the pool.
The house is divided into two floors, allowing for two separate apartments. The upper floor, measuring 1,291 square feet, consists of a living room, kitchen, two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub), three bedrooms, and a terrace with panoramic views of Palamós Bay and Playa de Aro. One of the bedrooms has a desk for remote work. The living-dining room features a fireplace to create a cozy atmosphere on winter days, a Smart TV, and board games for family entertainment.
The first floor is 915 square feet and includes a living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, three bedrooms (one master bedroom), and a porch that offers plenty of privacy. One of the bedrooms also has a desk for remote work.
Both kitchens are fully equipped with large fridge-freezers, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, Nespresso coffee machines, kettles, toasters, and a complete set of kitchenware.
The bedrooms are spacious with large built-in closets that provide ample space for all your clothes and luggage. The mattresses are comfortable, the sheets are top-quality, and all beds come with a pillow and cushion. There are also extra pillows in the closets.
Parking is available right in front of the house.
