Apartment (sleeps 5 - max.) in a villa in Marina di Campo.
The villa is divided into three apartments and a studio. It is located in the village, in a quiet, green area.
This apartment has access to a section of the large terraced garden—equipped with a beach umbrella, table, and chairs—featuring trees, shrubs, and a view of the villa’s pine forest. Private parking for one car. The apartment consists of two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the second with three beds, two of which can be joined to form another double bed; a living room with a TV; a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine; a bathroom; and a shower room. Barbecue.
The apartment is located about 300–350 meters from the long, white beach of Marina di Campo and a five-minute walk from the town center. In town: supermarkets, shops, boutiques, bars, ice cream shops, restaurants, pizzerias, a bank, a pharmacy, and an on-call medical service.
The municipality operates a bus service to the other famous beaches of Cavoli, Seccheto, and Fetovaia. Additionally, public transportation provides access to all other locations on the island. A bike-sharing service is available in town.
The apartment is equipped with all amenities.
Guests are responsible for providing their own bed linens and towels. If requested, the cost is €15 per person per week.
The apartment must be left clean and tidy: Mandatory final cleaning fee: €50.
I personally welcome guests upon their arrival, and they can easily contact me for any needs because I live in the same villa.
