About this house rental
The Ammertal House is situated in a uniquely peaceful location on a high plateau, right in the front row. Depending on the season, you’ll enjoy sweeping views of the Ammer Loop and be surrounded by nature. The perfect vacation base for nature lovers and families.
Directly below the property, the Ammer-Amper Bike Trail runs right along the river, as does the King Ludwig Hiking Trail.
The modern, bright house features a large living/dining area on the first floor with a sunroom.
There is also a guest restroom on the first floor.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a 2x2 m bed and the other with a 1.4x2 m bed. There is also another large room used as a walk-in closet, and the pull-out guest couch provides additional sleeping space. The upstairs also features a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub.
There is a washing machine in the basement.
The house is surrounded by a large patio, part of which is covered, so you can easily access the patio from the kitchen to reach a large dining table, or head out to the east-facing patio to the breakfast table. You can relax comfortably on the sun loungers. A charcoal grill is available for those who enjoy barbecuing. The garden also offers plenty of space for children to play. The property is located in a low-traffic area.
The town of Peißenberg is very centrally located in the Oberland. Garmisch, Kempten, Augsburg, and Munich are all 40 to 60 minutes away by car. Within walking distance, you and your children can reach the large indoor playground “Marcello Fun Arena,” and the “Rigi-Rutschn” recreation and water park is just 2 km away.

The house is really nice and has everything you wish for. It is really spacious.
The garden is big and always has a spot in the shade or sun.
The owner of the house lives across the street and is very friendly. Checking in and out was a great expierence. She gives a tour of the house and explains everything.
All in all I would definitely recommend this house!
