The apartment opens onto a spacious terrace and consists of a living room, a kitchen, a full bathroom with a bidet and shower (70x70 cm), and two bedrooms: a master bedroom that opens onto the large, spacious front terrace—ideal for outdoor breakfasts and dinners with a breathtaking view—and a smaller bedroom that opens onto an additional terrace on the side of the house, which features a barbecue, lounge chairs, a washing machine, and a large outdoor shower.
Air conditioning and ceiling fans ensure personalized comfort.
The town center and the pedestrian zone with its characteristic evening market are about 600 meters away (an 8-minute walk), while Cinta Beach is about 2 km away.
Just a short walk from the house is a public park equipped with fitness equipment; 100 meters away are a bar, restaurants, a bakery, and a supermarket.
The large main terrace, with a 180° view of Tavolara, Cinta Beach, and the town center, is perfect for al fresco lunches and dinners. On the side of the house, directly accessible from the main terrace and the second bedroom, there is a second terrace equipped with a barbecue, an outdoor shower, and lounge chairs.
The house has a spacious private parking spot with direct access to the terrace.
The master bedroom features a large French door that allows you to enjoy a wonderful view of Tavolara and the beach right from your bed!

House Rules:
Cleaning fees do not include the kitchen (dishes, appliances, and countertops), which must be cleaned by the guests; otherwise, a penalty of €100 will be charged.
The price does not include the tourist tax of 1.5€ per person per day, to be paid on-site in cash.
Trash must be sorted and disposed of according to municipal regulations, which are outlined in the brochure and online.
Bath towels and bed linens are available only as extras at a cost of €15 per person, payable on site in cash.
Kitchen towels and placemats are not included.
