About this apartment rental

CasaRubino is a modern, practical, and functional Class A vacation rental, completed in the summer of 2014, that can accommodate up to 4 people.
It features a double bedroom, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a dishwasher, Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, underfloor heating, a garden, parking, a private entrance, an alarm system, and video surveillance.
This apartment features spacious rooms and plenty of natural light. It has a lounge area with a sofa—which converts into a single bed if needed—and a kitchen equipped with appliances, complete with dishes and little extras for guests such as ground coffee, sugar, and tea. The bedroom is accessible through two doorways that open onto the living area. The double bed is comfortable and cozy, and 4 pillows are provided. There is also a comfortable chaise longue that can also be converted into a single bed if needed.
The bathroom also has two entrances, one from the living area and one from the bedroom.

is an apartment designed for short stays, located on the first floor of a single-family home with a fenced-in garden, in a very quiet neighborhood and very well soundproofed. The convenient private parking on the property allows you to leave your car at home and explore the city on foot.

Just steps from the house, you can easily reach the ancient city walls and Querini Park in just a few minutes.
The park, which is well worth a visit and features a fitness trail, is adjacent to San Bortolo Hospital and, within the city walls, is surrounded by the waters of the Bacchiglione River, its tributary the Astichello, and the stretch of Venetian walls along Viale Rodolfi.
Behind the house are the urban gardens and the charming non-Catholic cemetery.

We personally handle the welcome and upkeep of the house. We offer tips on the city, and we might even share an aperitif with you, because while it’s true that tea marks the rhythm of the day in London, in Vicenza it’s definitely wine (or spritz) that serves as the common thread.
At aperitif time, Vicenza—that little gem of Palladian architecture—comes alive: bars, taverns, and cicchetterie bustle with activity and become must-visit spots, just as much as the Teatro Olimpico, Villa Capra (known as “la Rotonda”), Palazzo Chiericati, or the Basilica Palladiana. The latter, in particular, is anything but sacred: once a hub for meetings and business, it now serves primarily as an exhibition space yet remains the beating heart of the city. A gathering place (like any Venetian tavern), it features the Jewelry Museum and the famous Bar Borsa right beneath the loggias, the Basilica’s terrace, and the many bustling spots in Piazza delle Erbe.
All just a 15-minute walk from CasaRubino.

Is always our hostess was perfect! My guest enjoy their stay!!!

I just stayed at Casa Rubino for 3 weeks in June 2017 for a working holiday and found it modern, functional, and comfortable to use a living space and office space. I really appreciated how cool the apartment stayed in the middle of the warm summer days and that the apartment was within walking distance to the city center, which is beautiful. Osvaldo and Miruna are a lovely couple and Osvaldo's artwork hangs around the apartment adding nice design elements to the place. Overall, a great apartment to stay in to enjoy Vicenza.

Had a lovely stay at the apartment! It's in a great location, right outside the city center. About a 15 minute walk into the center. The apartment was very clean and spacious, and the owner Osvaldo was so helpful with reservations and any questions we had!

Casa Rubino was perfect. A short five minute walk to Parco Querini, ten minutes to Teatro Olympico, and a beautiful 15-minute walk to the historic centre. The flat was clean and quiet and the best shower I've come across throughout Italy. Miruna was a perfect hostess. The grocery store was two blocks away which was very convenient. A great base in which to explore the Palladian Capital. Thank you!
