The Mosel-Refugium No. 7 vacation home stands out for its excellent location in Zell and its spacious rooms. Here, you can enjoy relaxing moments even when the weather is bad. This non-smoking house is suitable for both families and groups of up to six people.
The house is located on a quiet street at the end of Zell’s pedestrian zone, just a few steps from the Moselle River. Not far away are the vineyards and the famous “Zeller Schwarze Katz” sign. Thanks to its unique location, it’s an ideal starting point for walks, hikes, and bike rides, or for a stroll through the pedestrian zone. Fresh breakfast rolls and croissants are available at the bakery just a few meters away.
Spanning 140 m² across three floors, this newly renovated townhouse offers you a comfortable place to stay for a relaxing vacation. In addition to three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a rustic dining area, you’ll find recreational amenities, a washer and dryer, and a bike storage room. Baby gear is also available upon request.
Mosel Retreat No. 7:
You’ll enjoy peaceful nights in one of the three bedrooms. The master bedroom, featuring a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a mirrored closet, is adjacent to a bathroom with a shower. This bedroom also has exterior shutters. The larger bedroom in the attic has two beds, 1.40 m and 0.9 m wide. The smaller bedroom is equipped with two single beds. A travel crib is available. There is ample storage space for your vacation wardrobe.
The house has three bathrooms. The most spacious bathroom, which features natural light, a bathtub, and a shower, is located in the attic and is accessible via the hallway. Another shower room is located on the first floor, en suite with the bedroom; the third is on the first floor.
The spacious kitchen, featuring a cooking island, induction stove, oven, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer, is perfect for relaxing evenings spent cooking. Of course, a coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, and toaster are also provided. In the adjacent, spacious, rustic dining area, you can enjoy a good glass of Moselle wine with your home-cooked meals.
Relax in the spacious living room with a large satellite TV and Blu-ray DVD player. A selection of movies, books, and board games is available. The router for Wi-Fi access is also located in the center of the living room.
For the little ones, there’s a well-equipped play area on the first floor. Older children will find a foosball table in the recreation room, which is accessible via the atrium.
On-site costs: The listed prices include bed linens, towels, dish towels, Wi-Fi access, and final cleaning. Use of the washing machine and dryer is also included in the rent, as is the provision of baby equipment. A deposit of €100 is due within one day of booking. The balance must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival.
