About this apartment rental
Our newly renovated, cozy apartment—named after our horse Luke—is about 50 square meters in size. It’s very bright and inviting thanks to the balcony door, and its beautiful layout makes it ideal for four people. It’s located on the gable end of the front building at Finkenmühle, with a side view of the riding arena. The apartment consists of a hallway with a closet, a large living and dining area that is lovingly furnished with a cozy sofa, a coffee table, a wall unit with a large flat-screen TV, and a dining table with four chairs. The bedroom is furnished with a large closet, a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), and two nightstands. The built-in kitchen includes, among other things, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and plenty of dishes, pots, and glasses. The bathroom features a sink, a lighted mirror, a shower, and a toilet. 30% deposit due at the time of booking; balance due 3 weeks before arrival. Check-in from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM or by arrangement. Check-out at 10:00 AM. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of 3.00 EUR per pet per night. Crib available upon request. Tourist tax: 1.50 EUR per night per adult aged 16 and older.
