About this house rental
This 1929 house in the Central District has recently been remodeled with new floors and walls, and a new kitchen and an extra half bathroom upstairs. Perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. Have coffee on the back deck. Hop the First Hill streetcar down to the International District and Pioneer Square, or over to Broadway on Capitol Hill. Take the buses to anywhere in Seattle. Walk to Pratt Park and Broadcast Coffee.

What a cute and comfortable place! The house is immaculately clean; we loved the little details - from the extra towels to the ample supply of k-cup coffee:) Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Street parking was a bit tricky during the day, but nothing too challenging and no issue at all in the evening. Highly recommend!

Property was clean and easy to access. The layout of the home was a bit odd (main rooms upstairs, but main bathroom downstairs), but it worked for our needs. The mattresses were quite hard and made sleeping less comfortable than expected. Price was good relative to other options in the city, but still quite high. With how much we spent on ride share to get downtown, I'm not sure we saved much money

This was our second stay at the property. Easy to get to and from TMobile stadium. Coffee shop and convenience store just a few blocks away.

Clean and bright home. Nicely renovated. Beautiful kitchen. Comfy living room. Missing some privacy curtains in bedroom and bathroom. Street parking occasionally challenging. Smoke detector malfunctioned.
