Clean room, helpful staff, nice selection at breakfast, lucky to have a view of the polybahn. Room was very hot but fans were provided. Nice seating area in reception with coffee machine, water, fridge and microwave.

Simple but clean hotel in a great location. It was warm and lots of traffic noise, but still a practical stay for our family. We appreciated the access to water, coffee, ice cream!

I wish it had a TV and more importantly Air conditioner. The people were awesome though. 👍

Nothing the hotel can do about it, but the entire street in front of the hotel is under construction. Looks like it will be going on for a while. Our Uber driver didn't know where to drop us off when we first arrived. The hotel should tell people to have their taxi or Uber drop them off at the nearby Swoss Chocolate Hotel so you don't have to drag your luggage as far. Hotel was nice, rooms a bit small, but clean. Also it was noisy at night - bar across the street had loud patrons outside, well past midnight. We wanted to leave the windows open because it was nice out, but it was too noisy - then our room got very hot. We used the fan to cool it off.
