Worse Landlord ever
I own a business. So I never post negative reviews, because I am aware that a business can have a bad day or even 2 one minute glitch.
But this unit owner is bad to its core, and you can tell for too long without any attempt to improve.
Worse place ever in the Philippines.
I rented a unit for one person with a living room and a bedroom.
Guess what. They put a bed in the living room. So stupid. Look at the photo.
It's like having a roommate. I couldn't use the living room. Make me so angry
The kitchen. Look at the picture. The microwave is rusty. It has been rusty for long time that the cheap plastics on top of it gut rusty too.
The stove was bad. Took 30min to fry an egg. You couldn't boil a water there
. Look at the tiles. Who put those type of tiles in the kitchen. They accumulate dirt. Hard to clean Not to mentio that didn't use grout. Nasty
The bathroom. Look at the photos. Everything is broken. Even the temporary cheap fixtures the renters installed are broken. The owner didnt even got the message.
So I guess they broken for years. There is mold all over the bathroom. The sink and shower. The bathroom was never cleaned appropriately.
Yes they have a hair dryer. But no outlet in the bathroom. Stupid developer. Never seen a bathroom without an outlet in the bathroom. What a garbage building
The bedroom
No TV.. Broken. They put it up in the closet.
The curtains don't block the sun. Its like they don't exist Couldn't sleep well. So stupid..maybe they put it there to hide the dirty windows. I didn't check
Then they have a cabinet blocking the space between the wall and the bed. The cabinet has no purpose. They kept it there because the owner is clueless, careless and don't care about people and paying customers. Bedroom locks are all broken.
One of the the entry door lock is not working. only the cheap one is functional.
Everything!!!

Location….
Wasn’t the cleanest, had to hold the shower head, nowhere to leave your bags after check out, staff were not very helpful and a little rude…
