Friendly and curtious staff. Spacious and roomy rooms. Ample parking. Car wash facility. Gym, pool and restaurants.
Areas of improvement..... Quality of facilities. Ac kept giving error. Other room cigarette smoke comes to bathroom. Bathroom fittings needs maintenance. Ac switch inconvenient. No 24 hour café. Smell from fridge. Kettle water not cleaned. Bathroom fixtures needs tending noticed outside. Shower 🚿 head blocked and not cleaned. I noticed outside water tank overflowing....water waste. Vault not working. Bed needs to be firmer with thinner pillows, but that may be person since my height is 6 feet and I got neck pain. Wifi connection is not stable and keeps getting disconnected.

Staff at the hotel and quality of food in the restaurants. GYM and other areas are OK but need better maintenance.
Rooms and poorly maintained. We were given a room wich was having literlly no Ventilation or light. 305. May be they dont prefer hotels booked through partners like BOOKING .COM. That was purely disappointing.
In addition, no Racks, hooks to hold towels in the bath room. Nothing literally.
In the Wardrobes, NO Hangers. Do you expect us to travel with the hangers? No place to even keep cloths properly other than wardrobe as there are no hangers?
Also the location access is not great.
