The appartment was large enough for a large family. The kitchen was well equipped and large enough to hold an entire family. Parking was close to the house and therefore convenient but for a small fee (I think 5 CHF). If you have a car it is close enough to go to Luzern.
1. The appartment was advertised on the web with 2 bathrooms. In fact there was only one full bathroom and one toilet (no shower). Bathroom tub was high which made entry and exit more difficult. Both doors could not be locked and a piece of paper was glued to the outside to warn that the bathroom was occupied.
2. When we arrived, the entire appartment was not cleaned for us. We called and host sent cleaning crew to take care of it. So, we got the appartment only at 21:30 at night.
3. Immediate reaction from host was apologetic and offered to cancel the reservation. As the location is remote and we arrived in the evening, this was not an option as we could not rent an appartment at night on the fly.
4. After some discussions the host offered a discount of 30% for the inconvenience. This discount was only available if we would give at least a 10 point score on the review. We did explain to them that we would give them a fair review but this was not accepted by them.
We ended up not paying for the parking space in and trourist tax.
We were very disappointed with the host's response related to the cleaning problem.

Great sized apartment, especially if you're travelling with a group or larger party. Fantastic fully sized kitchen. Short stroll to the lake and quaint township. Hosts were very easy to contact.

Ruim appartement met nette slaapkamers. Sempach is een leuk dorpje met een goede verbinding naar Luzern. Het appartement kent een groot balkon en een grote eetkeuken. We konden er dus met zijn allen eten.
De prijs is gunstig!
Er was 1 badkamer en 1 los toilet, terwijl er 2 badkamers in de advertentie staan. Daarbij zou een waslijn op het balkon en een 2e sleutel handig zijn.

Tranquilo y espacioso.
Dejan café muy rico e infusiones.
La bañera muy alta, baño muy antiguo, pocos sofás para la gente que alberga, apenas se ve el lago, falta tostador, la cocina sin muchos utensilios. Las primeras fotos no son del apartamento 22. Poco acogedor
