Don't stay here and be very cautious about doing business with Evolve Vacation Rentals.

Not much to like. Whoever the onsite or local property manager is did have the unit well stocked and cleaned. That is the one thing I can say was NOT a complaint.

The biggest complaint I have is really out of the local property manager 's control. My comments are not directed at them but to future potential customers considering this place as a vacation rental. This place sits right next door to or very, very close to a battered women's shelter. A little online research turned that bit of information up for me and my traveling companions in the short time we were there. I'm sure the property manager will refute and defend themselves from this review but do your own research before staying here. The neighborhood and surrounding apartments this unit sits in has a very "section 8" feel and look to it, if you understand what that means. It doesn't feel or look safe and it darn sure doesn't feel or look like a "Hawaiian vacation" rental worthy of the high end resort fees they are charging. Do not go solely off the pics they post on their booking.com listing! We asked locals and employees of other businesses around town about the area this property sits in and several of them flat out told us "it's not a safe area" or "there is a large homeless population in that area". Just be aware before you sign on the dotted line here. A few last things to know about this location. There is NO AC here. As in air conditioning. They don't do a good job of making that known in their listing. But there is no AC. None. Zero, zilch, nada. They do leave oscillating fans in the unit for you. But if you're looking to keep it cool at night or during the hot part of the day you're not gonna get it here. Lastly, I would caution you in doing business with Evolve Vacation Rentals. They do not stand behind the word of their own employees.

We loved our stay here! The apartment has every equipment you need to have a great stay, even coffee and chocolates were waiting for us on our arrival. Kelly was super reactive and available for our questions and resolved any (tiny) issue we had. The apartment is spacious, very confortable for 4 people.

Appartement joliment meublé, confortable, avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Kelly nous a laissé un « welcome basket “ avec des spécialités locales, et un petit mot de bienvenue, c’est très appréciable.

La résidence mériterait un petit rafraîchissement mais l’appartement est en très bon état.
