Not recommended.

I didn’t appreciate the fact that Marcos wanted me to withdraw money and then go to a money exchange to buy dollars at a much higher rate so he gets paid in dollars. The dollar exchange rate in Bolivia should solely concern the host, not the guest. Unless you come from the US and have dollars on you, this isn’t convenient for the majority of tourists from the rest of the world. If you insist on getting foreign currency, then enable card payments. In Bolivia cash machines dispense Bolivian pesos so you’re obliged to accept your own money. The flat wasn’t clean as others have said in their reviews. The bathroom and toilet were filthy and stank.

A TV ficou fora do ar todo o tempo (1 noite) em que estive lá. O administrador queria que o pagasse com base no câmbio paralelo, portanto acima do valor estabelecido no site do Booking.com

ATENCION!!! VORSICHT!!! Dem Gastgeber ist nicht zu trauen.

Die Erfahrung mit dem Gastgeber hat alles eventuell Positive ins Negative gewendet.

Der Gastgeber Marco Soliz Price: 1.) Ändert schwarz auf weiß ausgemachte Vereinbarungen zu check out Datum und Apartment. 2.) wartet unverabredet vor dem Gebäude auf Gäste. 3.) droht damit Gäste auch bei Einbruch der Dunkelheit auf die Strasse zu setzen. 4.) verdreht Fakten zu seinen Gunsten bzgl. Bezahlungszeitpunkt und angeblichem Unwille zu bezahlen Zu 1.: wir hatten eine Nacht verlängert und ER! ein double booking verschlampt - um 12 uhr mittags am nächsten Tag klingelt der Portier mit dem Gastgeber am Handy ( weil es kein Wifi gab waren wir nicht erreichbar) und der Nachricht wir müssten raus. Mit Essen auf dem Herd, dem Kühlschrank voller Essen, kein Wifi am Feiertag um eine evtl. neue Unterkunft zu buchen, wirklich ein Ding der Unmöglichkeit. Dies teilten wir mit, sagten wir können heute leider nicht auschecken, es müsste alles wie verabredet bleiben und verliessen eine Stunde später das Apartment. Zu 2.: nach einem Nachmittag in der Stadt liefen wir am Apartmentblock auf dem Weg zum Abendessen vorbei und wurden im Auto vom Gastgeber abgepasst. Sagte er warte auf uns seit Stunden und wir müssten das Apartment räumen. Wir fragten wieso und bekamen nur den Hinweis auf das Double Booking. Als Alternative erwähnte der Gastgeber zum ersten mal jetzt ein anderes Apartment in welches wir umziehen sollen. Als wir erfahren wollten warum nicht die überbuchten Gäste (welche jetzt nicht mehr um 14:00 sondern um 21:00 ankommen) einfach das andere Apartment belegen könnten und dass das ja für alle stressfreier wäre … Zu 3.: …wurde uns die Pistole auf die Brust gedrückt und gesagt entweder ihr wechselt oder ihr müsst raus… ohne wifi, an einem Feiertag bei Einbruch der Dunkelheit. Zu 4.: Obwohl wir schwarz auf weiß mittgeteilt hatten wann wir die verlängerte Nacht bei check out bezahlen und was vom Gastgeber bejaht und somit akzeptiert wurde. Hätte der Gastgeber auf sofortiger Bezahlung bestanden und wäre auch zum Gebäude gekommen hätten wir auch sofort bezahlen können.
