I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled.
Before making this booking, I had read one of the previous negative reviews. At the time, I assumed the complaint was related to construction noise, as the reviewer mentioned staying during a renovation period. For that reason, I did not consider the negative reviews to be significant and decided to proceed with my booking.
I had already stayed in another apartment one floor below in the same building and left a very positive review. I was satisfied with the location and intended to extend my stay. Since that unit was no longer available, I booked another apartment in the same building because I trusted the property based on my previous experience.
Unfortunately, the second unit was not in a habitable condition. The room had a strong damp and mold-like odor, visible uncleanliness, and an unpleasant smell coming from the refrigerator. The dish sponge provided in the kitchen appeared heavily used, old, and extremely dirty — clearly not suitable for guest use. Also sofa was very dirty even greasy.
The bedding was also not properly prepared. There was no duvet cover or proper bed linen on the blanket; a plastic duvet had been placed without any protective cover. This is not acceptable from a hygiene standpoint and does not meet basic accommodation standards.
Additionally, the air conditioning unit was in poor condition. The wall around the AC was visibly damaged and broken, with exposed pipes. A very unpleasant odor was coming from that area, making the room uncomfortable and raising serious concerns about maintenance and hygiene.
When I reported these issues, the reception staff informed me that cleaning could not be arranged because the cleaning personnel had already left for the day. I asked what solution could be provided and was told that I would need to find alternative accommodation.

Dobrá lokalita, blízko pláže.
Komplex je celkově zastaralý a opotřebený.
Na pokoji je duální vařič a k němu 3 pánve/hrnce a z toho jen jeden funkční s indukční deskou.
Každý den nás potkal výpadek proudu který trval zhruba 30-45 minut, v jednom případě jsme byli málem ve výtahu.
Na pokoji nefunkční WiFi, poškozené vybavení koupelny, žádné ručníky a nefunkční hodiny.
