Tolle Vermieterin, tolle Wohnung.

Mega sympathische Vermieterin mit zwei zuckersüßen Hunden. In der kleinen, süßen FeWo in der Mitte von Iserlohn haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat nichts gefehlt und alles war sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn uns der Weg nach Iserlohn verschlägt. Der Blick in den Garten, hat uns auch sehr gefallen.

Der einzig negative Aspekt war, dass man die Straße etwas gehört hat. Aber das war nicht sehr störend. Trotzdem hörbar.

Ich kann von diesem dreckigen Apartment nur abraten (meine Erfahrungen während Aufenthalt)

Ich berichte hier von meiner Wahrnehmung: Mir hat an dieser Unterkunft nur der günstige Preis gefallen. Gemessen an dem, was mir passiert ist, jedoch kein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Auch die Kommunikation in meiner Richtung wirkte auf mich bisher, insgesamt gesehen, leider nicht aufrichtig genug.

Ich sage eines vorweg: "ich werde diese Unterkunft meiden" (jeder muss das für sich selber bewerten) Dazu habe ich Beweisfotos angefertigt und übergebe die Sache meiner Rechtsschutzversicherung zur Prüfung. Weiterhin habe ich offiziell Beschwerde bei Booking eingelegt, da ich diese Vermieterin bisher leider als uneinsichtig wahrgenommen habe und alle offensichtlichen Mängel abgestritten hat. Weiterhin lasse ich prüfen, ob das Gesundheits- /Ordnungsamt ggf. zuständig sind. Einer eingeräumten Nachbesserungsmöglichkeit am 2. Tag ist sie leider nicht nachgekommen, denn die Mängel existieren laut ihr nicht. Die Beschreibung in der Anzeige wirkt auf mich in einem Teil irreführend: Denn es existieren KEINE kostenlosen Parkplätze an der Unterkunft (man muss ggf. mehrere Häuserblöcke weiter weg parken, sonst nur Parkzone) und die Wohnung hat nur EIN Zimmer, anstatt wie im Text beschrieben ZWEI Zimmer, also KEIN Wohnzimmer & Esszimmer. Das Apartment war, meinem Empfinden nach, sehr dreckig: - Wohnzimmer: Im Bett waren schw. Haare - Wohnung/Schlafzimmer: Es roch für mich muffig & alt, die Tapete war angegilbt und viele Staubfäden an Decke/Wand - Badezimmer: war dreckig. in der Dusche waren Haare, die Ablage war ebenfalls dreckig und es hingen in einer offenen Mehrfachsteckdose Kabel verteilt im Raum (ist das in Feuchträumen zulässig?) - Küche: der Kühlschrank war teilweise verschimmelt und Essensreste waren aufzufinden. Die Kaffeemaschine war ebenfalls verdreckt. Der Backoffen sieht für mich aus, wie länger nicht gereinigt und es waren Essensreste zu finden. Ein dreckiger/benutzter Schwamm lag auf der Spüle. - Lautstärke: die Hauptverkehrsstr ist vor dem Fenster, sodass morgens PKWs + LKWs vorbei fahren und ein entspanntes schlafen für mich unmöglich war (mein Empfinden)

Gute gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Bett ist bequem und die Dusche funktioniert einwandfrei. Handtücher, Seife und Shampoo vorhanden und überhaupt alles was man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Freundliche und aufmerksame Vermieterin. Ich habe mich wohlgefühlt
