Comfort/Decoration/Location
The stay was very comfortable, and I congratulate you on the excellent condition of the apartment. I highlight the presence of all the necessary amenities for our comfort, with the space being very well equipped, including small, useful details in the kitchen utensils and bathroom. Rating: 9/10.
Regarding access to the building, I would like to make an important suggestion for improvement. Access to the building's door at night becomes dangerous due to the lack of public lighting on the street, and the automatic entrance light only turns on when we are already very close to the main door. In addition, the access ramp has a small step (as in the photo) that caused a nasty fall for one of the guests. Fortunately, despite the scare, there were no serious injuries. I leave this alert so that it can be analyzed for the safety of everyone, both residents and guests. Rating: 3/10.
