Avoid this place!

Warm, had a roof over our heads

*I attached photo proof of everything I am about to say* Would like to start off by warning everyone about the reviews. This place has “fake” positive reviews, they offer extra benefits for positive reviews. First day we arrived we noticed the apartment was not cleaned, hairs everywhere including the wardrobe and bed sheets, a boot mud stain in the middle of the kitchen, a used toothpick in the bedroom. Immediately after noticing we emailed the property with evidence and requested a clean the next day which never happened, our request was completely ignored. Last night of stay was dark when we arrived and found roaches like the ones in the images crawling everywhere including our luggage, more then 20 roaches of all sizes just from what we were able to see before they went back into hiding. I am sure the whole apartment is infested. Appliances were there but we were obviously not able to use them because of the cleaning situation, location was ok but not really in the immediate vicinity of anything worth visiting and communication with the owner was not possible.

Disappointment!! Noisy streets, very poor bed and kitchenette facilities.

Only the location was convenient . Everything else was not up to standard.

1. Extremely noisy streets, especially early mornings. The loud traffic, mowing machines and even conversations from passersby could be clearly heard and very disturbing! The apartment is at level 1 (second floor) facing the street and intersection. 2. Very poor and creaky bed. The mattress was too soft for any support and the bed frame was incredibly wobbly, making noises all night with slight movement. 3. The kitchenette was in poor condition. It lacked cooking utensils (only 1 pot and 1pan), no microwave, no dishwasher tablets, and the dishwasher leaked and flooded the kitchen floor after use. 4. The towels had weird smell, and one of the pillow case had mould looking spots on them. 5. Overall tired looking and not good place for rest or cooking after a long day They tried to offer a late check out option if I leave a positive review, but I really cannot bring myself to write a good review, so I had to check out by 10am.

I definitely would not recommend staying here.

Although the apartment is spacious and in a new building, our stay was very disappointing. The biggest issue was the complete lack of air conditioning. The apartment is on the 6th (top) floor, and during our stay it was 38°C outside, making it almost impossible to stay inside. There wasn’t even a fan provided as an alternative. We tried contacting the hosts using the phone number provided, but they did not respond for 2.5 days, which was extremely frustrating, especially considering the conditions. Cleanliness was also far below expectations. We found hair on the pillows, blankets, inside the kitchen utensil drawers, and on the floor. The balcony looked like it hadn’t been maintained for a long time – the weeds were knee-high, and there were cigarette butts left outside. There were also no extra trash bags provided, which was very inconvenient for the length of our stay. The glasses were in terrible condition and looked like they hadn’t been washed for a long time. The apartment door was also very difficult to lock and unlock. Overall, the apartment was poorly maintained and not worth the amount we paid. It ruined a significant part of our vacation. I definitely would not recommend staying here.

Loved the apartment. In walking distance to attractions.

Air-conditioning would be nice, as it got quite warm. And only one fan.

Niezła lokalizacja. Proste, schludne i funkcjonalne wnętrze wraz z łazienką. Kompletne wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego i łazienki.. Dobrze zaaranżowana przestrzeń. Bezpośrednia bliskość placu zabaw i sklepu Żabka.

Skierowanie nas do innego lokalu niż rezerwowałam. Okna wychodzące bezpośrednio na ulicę z kamienistą nawierzchnią ("kocie łby"), co utrudniało komfort snu Brak prześcieradła do drugiego łóżka (rezerwacja była na apartament z 2 łóżkami). Balkon dzielony z osobą palącą z sąsiedniego apartamentu, więc słaby rezultat wietrzenia pomieszczenia. Lampa stojąca do dokręcenia lub do wymiany.
