The location with the river is great and walkable from the station. It is also within walkable distance from the A Dome and the Hiroshima peace museum. Having a lift was very convenient especially with the suitcases.
Washing machine without a dryer facility made life difficult especially for a short stay and with a constant drizzle. The balcony was very dirty. The room was too small for 3 people especially after setting up the pull out bed.

The flat is well equipped with several local shops nearby.
The location was good but not as good as it claimed.
The space was smaller than expected once you unfold the bed (for our 15Years old son)

Lovely self contained unit in a great part of the city. Looking out over the river. Comfy bed. A small table and 2 chairs. Lightly equipped kitchen. (Could have used a dish towel). Easy to get the key and return it on departure. Good communication with owners. Would stay again.
Loo seat don't fit very well but all else good.

The bed was comfortable for two and the apartment had space to prepare and eat a meal without having to sit on the floor. The flat was clean and we could walk to public transport easily and even go for a promenade on the river walk. There are also a couple of local bars and eateries close by.
The title of the listing gives a completely false impression as the booking.com accommodations occupy two sides of a building next to the river - two of the flats look out the river but of course ours looked out on a parking lot and building site. As this was one of the reasons we chose this flat, that was disappointing. Also the flat has some design issues with separating the toilet from the washbasin - and when you cross this area, there's an automatic light that always comes on. Not good for light (no pun intended) sleepers.
