كان الجو حار ولا يوجد تكييف ولا مراوح، قفل الباب الرئيسي يحتاج للصيانة كذلك سماعة الدوش تحتاج للصيانة لتغيير مكان ثتبيتها للأعلى لأن الاستحمام جالسا متعب جدا للظهر.

Séjour catastrophique !

Le logement semble joli au 1e abord

Je modifie mon avis en y ajoutant plus de précisions, car l'établissement a répondu avec de faux éléments. Toujours dans la même mauvaise foi, je vois.. Ma réservation a été faite le 3 juillet pour une entrée le 4. Les pièces demandées ont été envoyées le 3 à 11h54 (pdf), puis à 19h41 il m’a été demandé des photos avec la carte d'identité dans la main, envoyées à 19h44. Tous les éléments avaient été fournis avant notre arrivée. Au lieu de recevoir le code vers 15h, nous avons attendu 1h : 1ᵉʳ code reçu à 16h05 (mauvais), 2ᵉ code correct à 16h38. Entrée prévue à 16h, nous sommes rentrés à 17h15 Constats à l'arrivée : vaisselle pleine d’eau, cafards, télé ne fonctionnant pas, pas de draps pour le 2ᵉ couchage, préservatif usagé sous le sac poubelle. À la fin du séjour, j'ai relaté les constats à l’hôte, qui a été agressif, accusant mon amiE et moi d’avoir introduit des cafards et utilisé le préservatif, qui plus est masculin (nous étions 2 femmes avec nos bébés respectifs) tout ça pour obtenir un remboursement. Nous avons été accusées de dégradation comme l’atteste une partie de leur réponse: "L’appartement vous a été remis propre et rangé, et nous l’avons récupéré avec des traces d’urine sur le matelas et la couette. Vous ai-je contacté à ce sujet ? Non. Ai-je déclaré cela à la plateforme ? Non plus. Parce que, contrairement à vous, je n’ai pas cherché à exploiter cette situation." Alors que nous n'avons pas utilisé la couette car il faisait trop chaud, le matelas était protégé d'un protège matelas, et les bébés ont été changés dans la salle de bain Après mon message, ils m'ont menacé directe d'une main courante pour tentative d’escroquerie. Et m'ont dit que je règlerai ça avec Booking (chose faite) et peut-être la police. Aberrant ! Un conseil en cas de problèmes, faites photos et vidéos de tout, gardez les conversations. Pensez aussi à cacher vos numéros d’identification sur votre CNI.
