Broken bed and poor customer service

-

We arrived to find a very tired apartment with a bed broken and unusable. I immediately contacted the property with photos and they said it wasn't broken and if it was broken we must have done it. I said this wasn't safe for our 1 year old and they subsequently stopped communication. Only as I raised this a dispute with booking.com did they reply sending their handyman 45 minutes to fix with power tools and screws. No apology, no reduction in price, no customer care.

Ottimo appartamento

Appartamento spazioso e curato.
