Location and decoration.
1. The absence of lift, specifically if you need to carry heavy luggage up the stairs; 2. Lack of sufficient choices for breakfast: I wish I had been told when making the booking that there are 3 options for a pre-prepared breakfast which must be eaten inside the bedroom.

"Exceptional experience. The quality of amenities and friendliness of staff was on the best. Room we booked was very spacious and also got a great view of the river and music centre. The hotel is close..."
