We've booked this flat because all the places in the town were bit outdated, this flat is not new, but it was renewed and it has its spirit
The biggest advantage of it is that it's close to the city center, as well as to the train station - with good connection to Cinque Terre, Lucca and Florence. One day for Florence is too less, but better this than nothing, and we already been there, so it was nice that the connection between both cities is so good and the train station is so close.
There is a plenty of coffee bars for a fast breakfast near on the way to the city/train station, Carrefour, pizzeria for a dinner.
Flat is equipped with the iron, kettle, dish washer, hair dryer.
"Discoteca" in WC :) - light requires some tweaking

Check-in was very organized and easy and so was check out. The host was very accommodating and gave lots of recommendations around the area as well as clear instructions for the facility use. We thoroughly enjoyed our day and perfect location for sightseeing, nightlife, and restaurants.
All perfect
