The apartment is freshly renovated, comfortable and pleasant to stay in. It has all the essential amenities you need for a convenient stay, including a microwave, washing machine, cooker, fridge, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi and an iron. I as travelling for business and needed an invoice for my records. It was issued immediately on my request, that it is very much appreciated.
Although I had informed the host of my late flight two months in advance, I was asked just one day before arrival to pay an additional €40 if I arrived in the evening, with the fee increasing to €80 for arrivals after 10 pm.
However, the biggest shock came when I landed in Nice. I received a message informing me that I would not be accommodated at all if I arrived after 10 pm, despite having notified the host of my flight arrangements well in advance.

Check-in/out facile e ben organizzato.
