Functional, modern, easy to use place with a good bed and all the facilities one needs. In the middle of 'things', lot's of places to eat at walking distance.
Nothing special, quite expensive and no view whatsoever. Airco did not work and hot water boiler was broken (but fixed after complaining) but the boiler starting to make a lot of noise and is opposite of the bed. So earplugs needed.

Location is excellent, in the shopping area yet, quiet.
Very modern, clean, big enough for 2 people

Apartment was clean, everything brand new and nice. We had enough room to move around and get comfortable.
Despite what we read, this location was really loud and noisy. Every night there were crowds on the street, just outside our window until 3:00 or 4:00 in the morning, lagging and partying. Then there was the issue homeless individuals sleeping in front of so many businesses that if I was there alone I would not feel safe to be out at night. Even though the apartment was nice and clean, the location was not good.
