The property was in a great location and it was easy to access all areas of Lisbon from it. It was very handy to have the free parking space in the garage and to have the use of a coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a handy supermarket across the road and some nice local cafes.
The property was in a rather noisy area particularly at night, the bed and sofa were also not overly comfortable but that is personal preference. The entry instructions for when we arrived were also a little bit confusing with multiple different codes for different doors and also the flat door was sitting wide open when we checked in. There were also some areas of the property which were not over clean for example the curtains and also the walls were heavily marked.

La ubicación es inmejorable, sin cuestas, súper céntrico de todo. Hay un super enfrente con todo lo necesario, el parking es un punto importante y fue muy bien. Si que es un poco lioso el ascensor para bajar al coche pero como no lo utilizábamos mucho pues no fue problema. La planta 0 es una plata 2 en realidad. Muy bien todo. Volvería a este apartamento.
No fue gran cosa pero el ruido, no es mucho y se puede dormir bien pero si que se escucha. La humedad en el edificio en general, hay cucarachas en las escaleras para ir al garaje pero no en el piso ya que es plata cuarta aunque es como un segundo.

Location is excellent - in the center of the city. Modern property, fully functional. Clean. Clear instructions, excellent communications ... and wonderful parking facility. We have had a happy, relaxed and safe stay. Strongly recommend !
Just a little mention of the noise (coming from the street). Otherwise ... all good.

Está muy céntrico y tiene estacionamiento propio
Cuando llegamos, el departamento estaba sucio, legamos a las 4 pm (horario del check in) y los reporte a 3 personas diferentes según sus instrucciones, una me contestó que ella trabajaba ciertos días, la otra no le contestó, y cuando lo hice por medio de la reserva en booking me contestaron rápido y ni disculpas, me dijeron que los huéspedes anteriores lo habían dejado muy sucio, lo cual estaba sucio pero normal de una estancia, mandaron a personal a limpiarlo que ni pidieron permiso al entrar, ni esperaron que nos fuéramos, cuando avisé que iba a salir a comer y podían pasar, el internet no era muy bueno en todo el departamento.
