Pessima esperienza
L'appartamento era in cattivo stato e le pareti erano impregnate di muffa. Dopo la prima notte, durante la quale abbiamo avuto reazioni allergiche che ci hanno impedito di dormire, abbiamo deciso di lasciare l'alloggio e di cercare una soluzione alternativa - siamo rimasti nell'alloggio solo una notte delle tre prenotate. Il proprietario dell'alloggio ha rifiutato di darci il rimborso (che ci spetterebbe per l'insalubrità degli ambienti, così come da documentazione depositata alla caserma di Santa Teresa di Gallura - abbiamo infatti dovuto chiamare le forze dell'ordine per l'aggressività del proprietario).
Abbiamo consegnato immediatamente le chiavi, per tramite delle forze dell'ordine. Inoltre l'appartamento non possiede i requisiti di sicurezza: bombole anti incendio, rilevatori di monossido, corrimano nella scale. Alcuni fili elettrici sono scoperti, le prese si staccano per via dei muri marci (di certo non per le mie eccellenti doti di forza: donna, 45 chili). Non è inoltre esposto il CIN che, come ci ha fatto notare la polizia, dovrebbe essere esposto all'ingresso. La persona che ci ha accolto non ha voluto il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno. Alla nostra richiesta di rimborso, fatta di persona, il proprietario ha risposto con aggressività mentre, tramite booking, non ha mai risposto. Faccio presente che sono cliente di Booking da anni, non ho mai avuto esperienze simili né ho mai avuto recensioni negative. L'appartamento in questione ha poco più di una decina di recensioni. Ma, del resto, le foto parlano da sole. Lo sconsiglio, se non volete rovinarvi la vacanza.
